It comes with rechargeable batteries, a charger and a limited lifetime warranty. The initial cost for the collar is just under three hundred dollars, and there is a twenty-dollar monthly service fee. The twenty-dollar monthly fee is the cost of the 24/7/365, and until you loose your pet, you may not realize the fee is really nominal.
